BlueMax Technologies provides professional and affordable in-home business and on-demand remote tech support with seasoned technologists throughout the New York Metro area. We provide a wide range of services, focusing on computers, home theater systems, smart home integrations, Wi-Fi improvements, and more.

Because of the pandemic, we have shifted our operations to provide support remotely as much as possible for everyone's safety.  Only if absolutely certain the issue can't be resolved remotely, will we make arrangements for an in-person site visit taking all the necessary pre-cautions.

  • Does BlueMax Technologies Offer Remote Support
    BlueMax technologies offers remote tech support for time-consuming services including: Computer Repair & Help, Virus Removal & Cleanup, Computer Tune-up, Email or Online Account Setup or Support, Software Install or Uninstall, Printer Troubleshooting or Repair. Remote support is available 24/7, 365 days a year. When you’re ready to begin a remote service, one of our remote techs will create a secure connection to your computer to complete your service.
  • How long will it take to fix my computer?
    This answer varies depending on your problem. Typical PC Tune Up and improving performance is anywhere from 45 minutes to 80 minutes depending on your connection speed. Repairing a virus online can be more time consuming and takes anywhere from 60 minutes to 2 hours on average. In comparison to taking your PC to local repair shop which can take over 10 days to get your computer back, online PC repair is significantly faster.
  • Do I have to sit in front of my computer the entire time you are fixing it?
    No, we only need you to get us started by initiating our remote control software. This usually takes five minutes. Once we start the process you can walk away or watch us work on your computer as if we were in front of it. We do not “black” out your screen so you can see everything we are doing at all times. In addition, our software has a log of our technician’s actions so you can review what was done if you do step away for a few minutes.
  • How am I billed for service?
    You’ll be asked to provide a payment method during the booking of your service request. When your service is complete, your tech will ask you to sign to acknowledge the successful completion of the order. Once you confirm the completion of your service with your signature, you will then be charged. If your tech was unable to complete the service for any reason, they will inform HelloTech and our support specialists will be in touch to discuss your options. If you are not satisfied with your service, please don’t sign off as you will be charged at that time. Our Support specialists will be in touch to find out how we can ensure your satisfaction.
